In 1977 Ferdinand Henneken founded the company Ferdinand Henneken GmbH, which has been managed by the owners Volker and Kai Henneken in the second generation since 2006. At the Bad Wünnenberg site, the family-owned company has been producing machines for the meat industry for more than 40 years. The product range includes vacuum tumblers, steakers, injectors, lake mixers, platelets and feeding systems.
In 1983, Ferdinand Henneken decided to relocate the site for tumbler production and built the production facility at a site that would also allow for later expansions.
This far-sightedness paid off, as the enlargements took place in 1993, 1996, 2000, 2012 and most recently in 2016, so that production is now carried out on an area of 6500m2. In addition, a modern office building with seminar rooms and a technical center with an area of 1350m2 have been built to give customers and dealers the opportunity to test machines on site.

Since 1977, production has been taking place at the Bad Wünnenberg site, with the vacuum tumbler being the main focus of production.
Through continuous optimization, further and new developments, Ferdinand Henneken GmbH offers its customers all over the world a sophisticated state-of-the-art technology. Due to the different sizes, the machines are used in craft enterprises, medium-sized enterprises as well as in large international industrial companies.
OPTIONAL WITH COOLAND DEFROSTFUNCTION
The type B vacuum tumbler is the bestseller among vacuum tumblers due to its good price-performance and excellent tumble results.
The flexible vacuum tumbler is optionally manufactured with cooling and/or thawing device.
The Type B is equipped with a direct drive and offers a speed range of 0.5 - 10 revolutions per minute. All tumble parameters can be freely programmed with the user-friendly touch panel from Siemens.
The Henneken Lakemixer HVM works according to the Venturi principle. This allows for rapid mixing of liquids, powdery substances and ice into water.
The HVM is available as standard in sizes 400 ltr, 650 ltr, 1000 ltr, 1500 ltr and 2000 ltr. All sizes can also be equipped with a double jacket cooling system.
By using the lake mixer, not only is it possible to produce a homogeneous lake quickly, but the lake is also stable for longer and prevents early sedimentation.

The injectors are characterized by their robust industrial design and their ease of maintenance. It was important to have easy access to all components. Only high-quality components are used.
Injection is possible for all types of meat with and without bones. A stripping device with height adjustment ensures that no product is squeezed or injected lake is pushed back.
