The continuous kneading system CODOS has been entirely re-engineered and presents itself with a new design and a new name: CODOS NT. Thanks to its new drive system, performance has significantly increased despite its reduced size. The new CODOS NT lowers operating costs, is easier to maintain and its high availability will impress more than one. The new system works perfectly in combination with the redesigned dough production system DymoMix.
Our intelligent design ensures your technological lead: from now on, silo sections no longer need welding – they can be bolted on site.
The concept: the different silo segments are transported in standard containers and then bolted to each other on site. Long-haul freight transport - which represent a substantial share of the total costs - can be reduced significantly.
No specialized assembly staff is required as the work can be carried out quickly and at low cost by your own staff.
